Family friendly hotel, had a great time here. Good value for money.
Food as you would expect for all inclusive. Rooms in need of some TLC.
Swimming pools were fab.
Shout out to Jimmy and Leni from the animation team and Ramon at the bar.
All staff very friendly and so helpful.
They even sorted out a birthday cake for my nephew and we had a reserved table for the evening meal, decorated with balloons.
Would definitely return and recommend

We just got back from vacationing at this hotel and we had a great time. The pools were great, especially the adults only chill out pool. The staff were brilliant and always happy to help if required. The food was typical all inclusive. We would definitely come here again.

Affordable hotel with amazing staff. For the price that we paid the food was tasty and everybody could choose what they like. Only two small points for improvement the breakfast could be more varied and the bedrooms need some maintenance. We spent really great time with my family in this hotel.

5/5 — Great family stay, worth the money

We had a lovely stay at Club Es Talaial. Staff were friendly and the cleaning was always on point. Food was very good with plenty of choice, and the team were excellent when we asked about avoiding pork for our family. There were lots of alternatives, including turkey and chicken, so everyone ate well.

Special thanks to the chef who found us a ready-made spicy sauce in a bottle. One small suggestion: add a fresh spicy sauce at the buffet. Some of us like a little kick, and a small “spice corner” would make us very happy.

The pools and splash area were clean and fun, with kids’ refreshments available through the day. It felt easy with children and worth the money.

Even when our Friday plans were disrupted by a shuttle error for Saturday’s airport transfer, the hotel reception team were very helpful. They kept chasing the transfer company and helped us get it sorted, even though it wasn’t the hotel’s mistake. We appreciated that support.

Overall, a very good family hotel. We would happily come back.

Just back from an 11 night stay and we cannot fault this hotel. The pool area is amazing. My little girls (3&5) loved the splash zone and the pool with the slides. The animation team were brilliant, they had something every day in the pool and around the hotel for everyone. Their mini disco every night was great for the kids. My little girl celebrated a birthday over there and they brought her on stage and sang happy birthday, highlight of her day. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be looking to book ourselves again.

CHECK IN
I arrived at the hotel at around 1230 (check in wasn't till 1500). I was given the all inclusive wrist band, offered to keep my luggage in a secure room with showers and a place to change and freshen up, and to make use kd the hotel facilities. I declined and sat out on the front and had a read of my book.
ROOM
I was booked into an apartment room, located on the 3rd floor(top floor), they way upto the room was a tad odd, as after the first flight of steps i had to walk across peoples' balconies to get to the next flight of stairs (not a complaint to be honest because what can you do its built now, plus it just felt weird) there wasn't a lift that i could see to get upto the upper floors but I bet there was accessible rooms. But aye, the room, it was an apartment.. very nice room, for a 3 star resort. Main room was double bed, (wish that this was more as a sofa bed type of deal but ho hum), a table with 2 chairs, mini fridge, microwave and tv (channels of most European language, 2 of which was english but the signal was awful.. end of the day am not there to watch tv), the main room, featured the door to the balcony which was spacious, again with a table and chairs and a clothes rack. Secondary room, had 2 singles to make a double bed, wardrobe, little safe and en suite; usual things you see in them, only issue with the bathroom was the bath tub, the tub bottom was peeling, so after a shower the bath would stick the bottom of the feet and youll end up with a trail of bath until you pick it off( a daily struggle). All in all a decent room, and would be great for a family, it would be perfect if it was a sofa bed in main room as just adds space.
RESTAURANT
Okies, here we go.. restaurant is open 3 times a day, guess what for.. you're right. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was decent to be honest, I had multiple plates but then again, im on me holidays. There was food for everyone and the there was a section that rotated cuisine each night.
Breakfast had a good range of food, at the end was a pancake and egg station. There was a choice of the eggs, meats and basically full english parts. There was also fresh fruit and continental breakfast options..
Never had lunch in the restaurant, but will touch on that later.
Dinner, again great range of food, had a grill station at one end... the usual main stuff, salad, chips, pizza, fish, chicken nugs, bolognese sauce (im not sure why that was there, as could not for the life of my find pasta for the duration of my stay)  the end table was the rotation, one night was sushi, the other was a bigger pizza selection.
Desserts, everyones favourite. Nice little selection of cakes, jelly, profiterols, ice cream. All tasted great so no issues really there apart from one which will touch on in next paragraph
Now the issues with the restaurant i found.. i get its a family resort, you are gonna want tables of four or more. But solo travellers or even couples, there was one 2 seater table inside the restaurant.. even the international rule for keeping a table was thrown out the window, when a couple sat on my table, with my hat still on it.. i sat on a table for 8 that meal out of principle. So few more smaller tables please. The other issue i found, labels of the food.. now almost all the food tables had labels of each language above the food apart from the desserts. Now the 2 seater table was right next to the dessert table, not one of them was labelled and to me thats one i could do with being labelled, cos most things i can work out but not the contents of this.. i noticed it was an issue, especially with the purple jelly, as i witnessed about 10 maybe 15 children, stick their digit in the purple jelly(right in), taste, realize they didnt enjoy that and put it right back, i was looking forward to jelly up until that moment. Labels on desserts would of prevented this.
