The apartments enjoy an excellent location at the heart of the Levante Beach area, just 450 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes of the nightclub area. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre next to the building. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are both around 10 minutes away by car, and it is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm. The apartment complex consists of two 24-storey buildings with large common areas, 3 lifts per building, a garden, free indoor parking, 24-hour security and a concierge service. There are 240 apartments in total. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and an ironing board with iron, and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each apartment additionally features an in-room safe, a plasma-screen TV with satellite channels and a large sun room. From 1 May 2016 the apartments are equiped with air-condition. There are outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, and guests may also enjoy a game of tennis (fees apply). Sun loungers are provided on the sun terrace.Customers have to contact us (regardless of arrival time) by phone 96 585 7060 or by email [email protected] to confirm the reservation and receive instructions for collecting the keys. Keys are collected at the Beninter office, Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm, Tel. (34) 965857060. (Hours from 09:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 04:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m ). If they arrive outside office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe next to our office and send the code to open it by SMS.The deposit is paid by credit card, one week before arrival we will send a link to the bank BBVA (Redsys.es) for the payment of the deposit of 200 €. The refund will be made on the same credit card of th e charge no later than 7 days after departure, if there is no incident.
