A perfect stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Good breakfast. The hotel is ideally located, everything is within walking distance. Serdar Yıldız was very attentive and always available. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant — you really feel at home. Highly recommended!

We cannot thank this hotel enough for their kindness during a very difficult time. When my father was unexpectedly admitted to the nearby hospital, the staff were incredibly compassionate, understanding, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our family felt cared for and supported, which brought us comfort when we needed it most. Their genuine warmth and kindness made a hard situation easier, and we are deeply grateful to every one of them.

We had a great stay with friends! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It would be even better if it went on until 12 instead of 11 (we like to sleep in xD). Overall, we had a very nice holiday.

I booked this hotel on booking.com where there were deceptive photos showing that it’s located by the beach when in reality it’s a 30 min taxi drive. When I mentioned it to the receptionist they said they had a shuttle to the beach. When I asked to take the shuttle they said they didn’t have it so I had to take the taxi and they also sent me to the most awful trashy beach place that I’ve ever visited in my life.
The jacuzzi in the room takes hours to fill up with water and when it finally is close to full it’s already cold and also terribly uncomfortable. There was a psychotic episode of one of the guests next door for two days in a row. Overall quite a strange experience in a strange town which was my transiting spot.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, we had issues at our first hotel and got a refund and indicated booked here.
The staff are fantastic, the customer service is amazing.
We were given fresh fruit daily to enjoy round the pool.
We enjoyed our anniversary in the jacuzzi bath with a fresh food board
