My daughter and I booked and fully paid for a room several months ago. This was supposed to be a planned and much-anticipated vacation for us. We contacted the hotel in advance and received confirmation that everything was fine with our reservation.
On the day of arrival, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a message saying that due to some “technical reasons” they could not check us in. The hotel staff did not offer alternative accommodation within the hotel in a different room category and simply left us stranded.
From what I see now, we are not the only ones who have experienced similar problems — many people have received messages about “technical malfunctions” and refusals to check in. These comments appear on various online platforms. It’s not hard to conclude that leaving guests without accommodation is a standard practice for this hotel.
Dear hoteliers, technical problems and overbooking are your issues that you must resolve without causing harm to guests. The customer service is completely unprofessional. For your information, the answer “we can’t do anything” is unacceptable and incompetent.

We had a wonderful stay at Alanya Hotel Boutique Anqelic. The service was excellent – professional, attentive, and always with a warm smile. The staff made me feel welcome from the very first moment, showing true hospitality and care for every detail. The hotel has a charming boutique atmosphere, and the restaurant offers delicious food in a cozy, relaxing setting. A perfect place to enjoy Alanya, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. Highly recommended!

I found this little gem on the last day of my holiday incredible and beautiful place the service and the staff was fantastic the food was amazing all in all I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who comes to stay in alania the whole ambience was incredible I would certainly return to this beautiful and amazing restaurants again thank you for giving me an amazing experience Margaret from Jersey

UPD: the stay was in August 2022. Everything was horrible, from check-in process, to food and room cleaning.
I’m attaching photos of the towels that they gave us for the beach. I HOPE this was ketchup… and a photo from the restaurant as proof.

When we arrived at 4h in the morning, our room door was with problem, the nighty guy (very simpatic) couldn't open to us for almost one hour and we couldn't take another room because they were overbooked. After almost 1h, finally we could go inside. But during our stay we always have problem with the automatic door. A bit annoying

Room practically on the beach with a view of the castle. TV, free internet, and an amazing breakfast all included.
Friendly staff , helpful in helping with transport to airport.  Location excellent . Able to walk to the castle and waterfront . Right on the bus route to explore other towns close to Alanya.  Lots of cafes , shops, lively atmosphere and fun markets. Very safe, and you can dress how you want, contrary to what you read in some articles. I would definitely stay there again.
Keep in mind a beach resort so there is music in the evening. The dinging room has indoor and outdoor seating on the beach . The food was fantastic .
No elevator and hallways are a little cramped, but overall, it is an absolute deal for someone who is tired of boring big brand name hotels. The front of the hotel is also packed with giant teddy bears.

This comfortable is in Alanya area. The  comprises 20 rooms . Hotel may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. Anjeliq House provides 24-hour reception. Unfortunately, there are no where  can ask for a cot for the little ones. Catering to the special needs of visitors, Anjeliq House includes some wheelchair accessible . There is an airport transfer service for guests' convenience. Some services of Anjeliq House may be payable.
