My daughter and I booked and fully paid for a room several months ago. This was supposed to be a planned and much-anticipated vacation for us. We contacted the hotel in advance and received confirmation that everything was fine with our reservation.
On the day of arrival, while we were on our way to the hotel, we received a message saying that due to some “technical reasons” they could not check us in. The hotel staff did not offer alternative accommodation within the hotel in a different room category and simply left us stranded.
From what I see now, we are not the only ones who have experienced similar problems — many people have received messages about “technical malfunctions” and refusals to check in. These comments appear on various online platforms. It’s not hard to conclude that leaving guests without accommodation is a standard practice for this hotel.
Dear hoteliers, technical problems and overbooking are your issues that you must resolve without causing harm to guests. The customer service is completely unprofessional. For your information, the answer “we can’t do anything” is unacceptable and incompetent.

Don't ever stay here, there are cockroaches under the bed, bad service, don't ever waste your money on a vacation at this hotel, you will only waste your time and money

Room practically on the beach with a view of the castle. TV, free internet, and an amazing breakfast all included.
Friendly staff , helpful in helping with transport to airport.  Location excellent . Able to walk to the castle and waterfront . Right on the bus route to explore other towns close to Alanya.  Lots of cafes , shops, lively atmosphere and fun markets. Very safe, and you can dress how you want, contrary to what you read in some articles. I would definitely stay there again.
Keep in mind a beach resort so there is music in the evening. The dinging room has indoor and outdoor seating on the beach . The food was fantastic .
No elevator and hallways are a little cramped, but overall, it is an absolute deal for someone who is tired of boring big brand name hotels. The front of the hotel is also packed with giant teddy bears.

We came here for my moms birthday and decided to book 2 nights. We ended up leaving after 1 night as it was disgustingly dirty. The whole place was a mess, dusty and dirty. There is no air conditioner (outside the rooms) and the whole hotel was so uncomfortable to be in. The chairs and couches in the dining room area were so old and dirty that I felt uncomfortable sitting on them. The rooms were equally gross and not clean. The rooms come with nothing which is kind of a problem if you enjoy having coffee in the morning because you have to wait until around 8am until they start working. The breakfast is not great. The workers seemed very unmotivated and overworked. I normally don't write reviews but felt the need as the owner seems to not care about its guest and workers. The view is nice but not worth it. This area of the beach is very dirty as well. I highly would NOT recommend this place.

I didn't think I would enjoy this hotel so much, I came here just to swim today. The atmosphere was great. Very authentic. The drinks were good. But most importantly, the staff was very friendly and sincere. Our day was even better with Yasemin Nargiz Buse and Daniel. I thank them for being so kind and welcoming.

This comfortable is in Alanya area. The  comprises 20 rooms . Hotel may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. Anjeliq House provides 24-hour reception. Unfortunately, there are no where  can ask for a cot for the little ones. Catering to the special needs of visitors, Anjeliq House includes some wheelchair accessible . There is an airport transfer service for guests' convenience. Some services of Anjeliq House may be payable.
