I chose to write this review a few months after my stay, to avoid judging the experience while emotions were still fresh. Looking at it objectively now, I believe 3 stars is a fair rating.

I stayed at the hotel for one week at the end of September 2024. In terms of cleanliness, I was quite disappointed. Upon arrival, there were hair strands left in the bathroom near the toilet, and they remained there for another 2–3 days, even though housekeeping came every day.

Also, the room does not include a complimentary bottle of water or any welcome amenities; if you need water, you have to buy it from the vending machine at the reception.

That said, the biggest downside for me was the room itself. The website lists several room options (standard, sea view, etc.). I chose a room called “Superior Double with Large Bed and Sea View”, which came at an extra cost. However, I did not expect a Superior sea view room to be located on the 2nd floor, which in practice feels more like the 1st floor (as the ground floor and 1st floor are at the same level). You press “2” in the elevator, but the room is actually quite low. As a result, the sea/bay view from the balcony is very limited and not what you would expect based on the room name. This may partly be my own expectation, but the term “Superior” suggests something different.

I had dinner once at the hotel restaurant – the food was decent, nothing special but not bad either. In any case, there are plenty of very good restaurants nearby.

Parking is not available at the hotel (at least that’s what I was told at reception), but I managed to find free parking spots in the area every day. As a backup, there is a nearby mall that offers long-term parking (around €20 for 10 hours), which is a safe alternative if no free spots are available.

I really did like this hotel. The pool area was amazing and had so many areas to lounge around in. Breakfast buffet was so much better than I expected. The service everywhere was amazing. Front desk was always so helpful. The ladies in the breakfast buffet were also very sweet. We always street parking right by the hotel which I was originally nervous about. I really like the location. Beautiful views And a mall walking distance away. The rooms are small but they didn’t bother us too much. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. Thin pillows. And rough material sheets. Next, our AC was barely working. They sent someone to check on it twice, however nothing was fixed. The gentleman at the front desk (I think his name was Michael ) was very helpful though,  he did check up on us to make sure we are feeling more comfortable, and provided a fan once we told him that we still had no air-conditioning in the room. Without that, I absolutely would not have been able to sleep because the room was terribly hot. After reading a few more recent reviews, seems like we weren’t not the only ones with an air-conditioning problem. At one point, our bathroom flooded after a five minute shower. I was also disappointed that there were no clothing irons in the room and they were unable to provide me with one because they were already given out to people.

We booked this hotel expecting air-conditioned rooms, but unfortunately the AC did not work during our stay and we were offered FAN that night when we complained and spent the night with a FAN when the temperature was 36 degrees. Understandable that it was late night so room change could've been difficult.
So, we complained about the issue in our original room next day morning and while the staff kindly offered us a room change, the new room still had issues with AC cooling but slightly better than previous one Moreover, the new room was not what we originally booked- we had reserved a balcony with a sea view, but were given only a sea view without a balcony, with the explanation that it was a larger room.

After a long day out in August, we were really hoping for proper air conditioning, but instead we were adjusting with a fan, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was good too. However, overall the stay did not meet our expectations.

I was very disappointed with my 3-night stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and clearly lacked maintenance. There were ants in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, a ventilation unit hanging from the ceiling, hair on the floor, and even the toilet seat had not been cleaned properly. I cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive points are that the location is fine and the staff at the reception were friendly.

We spent a night here. A friendly hotel outside the noise with an amazing view and good enough facilities. The guests very about a bit of everything: families with children, group of friends, university students (they had some exams in the hotel.. :) Mallorca style), a few party people, etc. However as a family with kids, we felt comfortable. The pool, the view and the facilities were just perfect for this short stay.. 2-3 days is would have been also enjoyable.
The breakfast is also very good. Fresh, healthy varieties with gluten free cereal options.

Our vacation was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, right between the sea and the beach. The port is also within walking distance, which was very convenient for our ferry trip. We had a room on a high floor with a beautiful view of the port. The view was truly amazing. The hotel offers excellent breakfasts with a lot of variety. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace. The warm pool with massage jets and plenty of sunbeds was a big plus. I truly recommend this hotel and will gladly come back again.

The hotel left a very disappointing impression. The reality did not match the photos – there was no view as shown. Even worse, the room had duvets without covers and with yellow stains. When we asked for covers, the staff told us that this was normal. Such an attitude towards guests is unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic comfort are the minimum one can expect from any hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was spoiled and I cannot recommend this place.
