The walls are not maintained, the TV is old, the rooms are tiny for the price and the person on the reception who did our checkin never smiles. Toilet papers system is stupid and cheap and there is no shampoo or anything in the room. The paint on the walls is coming off… To whoever reads this… go somewhere else. Your money is better off spent in another city/hotel. The fact that they sent me a request to review them is crazy… just spend a night in your own rooms.
Also…i every other hotel that i have been to, they have the AC on so that the room is cool when you enter it for the first time…

I am bemused as to why people would leave this place such low reviews?! It is very clean, comfortable and the staff try their best to help.
Ok yes it's not a glamorous 5 star hotel with spa & pool and sea views BUT that is not what you are paying for or what it is claiming to be?!
This is a clean comfortable hotel in Palma.
Nothing less. Nothing more.

Unbelievable! We stayed there last night and it was TERRIBLE.
As we arrived in our room, we found multiple hairs on our bed and even a MAGGOT inside the bed!!! The room was generally extremely dirty, the walls were full of stains of somekind too...
Additionally, when we asked the receptionist if we could switch the room, he told us that they had no other room free (that would be okay), but he also said that i can't be possible, because "they clean everyday" and he was extraordinary rude about it and threatened us that he can cancel our stay if we don't behave.
Generally bad room and bad service (the room was NOT as big as in the photos too).
The locations is kind of okay but it's way too much con for such a small pro.

Extremely bad service, we asked them for a cab with a child seat to go the airport and they did not bother to make sure the cab company got one for us.
The rooms are in desperate need of repair. AC doesn't work, fridges have been tweaked to not cool AT ALL. Cleaning staff occupies the elevator in the morning so good luck leaving with a lot of luggage.
Also extremely thin walls so good luck sleeping if a neighbor is having a party.

Very good location, and room. Mostly no issues I just didn't like the very old hair dryer that's stuck to the wall in the bathroom with only one heat setting

Room was clean,bed is comfortable.Soap and shampoo is some cheap stuff for bars and clubs.Window is weak and sound insulation from street is 0. So very loud and noisy.Air condition was never cleaned smells like moss and fungus...It 's not even cooling.AVOID.

The worst experience I ever had. Please never ever book this hotel. When we arrived we wasted almost 2 hours for doing the check in. The room was paid but they tried to charge us again. We only got a key and the guy at the reception promise us to get one later, who knows when!! We booked a family room but we received a very old small room definitely not in line with what we paid.
