A fabulous hotel, incredible staff and service, beautiful rooms and lovely food! What more could you ask for! We loved it so much we booked an extra night! The My Favourite package is well worth the extra cost for snacks, soft drinks, coffee and beers - and the in-room facilities and rooftop pool are amazing. We have a home on the Island and won’t hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area! Special thanks to Pilar and David on reception for their help and kindness!  We hope to see you again very soon!

Could not really fault this hotel where we stayed over the Christmas period, a first for us to be away from home. The hotel is adults only which enhances the holiday vibe for those of us wishing to take a quiet break and is in a fairly quiet area. Our room overlooked the sea (we had upgraded to this category of room) and the views are great, varying with the time of day and the weather. The food, both in the main buffet restaurant and the snacks in the bar was excellent and a varied choice is offered with a theme each night for dinner.  The hotel is clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in winter and imagine there is probably a different much busier vibe in the summer months. A great place to base yourself ro venture out and see what this beautiful island has to offer.

Pros:

All the receptionists were nice and ready to help. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and constantly checked if we had everything.

Rooms were cleaned daily and if you want, by placing towels on the floor, you get them changed.

The hotel has a modern look and clients can enjoy a bar with sea view. The lounge has a big TV where they mostly show important sports events.

Food was tasty, diverse (themed buffets every evening) and there were always enough free tables no matter the hour at which we went to eat.

We were even surprised with a "premium clients" table on my birthday, with one of the best sea views, champagne and cake, everything on the house. A big thank you to the manager and to the team!

Rooms have a mini-refrigerator included in the price, good wi-fi signal, comfy mattresses. The AC works well too. The bathroom is modern and you get free soap and shampoo.

The sea view was amazing. The balcony also has a drying rack.

Minuses:
-poorly sound insulated rooms, which can be annoying, especially because the hotel is also close to the airport. If you want to take a nap during the day and you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you.
-the recommended car rental provided us a not so good car, which had multiple deficiencies. took us us from A to B, but made strange noises, had rims only on the right side of the car etc.

All in all, we enjoyed our time a lot. I recommend staying at this hotel and wish you all safe trips and relaxing holidays!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing extraordinary or offering the extras you might expect from a 4-star hotel, but the food was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff (especially the female team members) were friendly and helpful. The location is also wonderful (despite the plane noise mentioned in many other reviews). Bikes can be rented directly at the hotel, and cycling towards Palma is amazing.

However, what overshadowed our stay and was completely beyond our understanding was the communication before our arrival. The room was initially booked for one person, and we later asked if it could be modified to accommodate two guests. We were told that adding a second person directly at the hotel would cost €50 per night. This seemed completely unreasonable, as the normal difference between one and two guests on Booking.com and on the hotel’s website is €10 per night.

We asked if the modification could be done via Booking.com and were assured it could. Yet, for days, we were completely ignored by the hotel staff, who only responded after several follow-ups and did not accept the modification request from Booking.com. My husband even called reception directly, and after being rudely told that we could proceed with the change at the hotel for €50, the staff member abruptly ended the call, which was both unexpected and completely unprofessional. Eventually, the issue was clarified with another staff member, and the reservation was modified.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, this experience left a lasting negative impression. We do not plan to return to this hotel, as there are many other accommodations in Palma where guests are treated as welcomed visitors rather than a nuisance.

Visited October 25. Hotel was spotless and staff were friendly, despite being end of season. Restaurant dealt with a gluten intolerance amazingly with daily info and help. Rooms were comfortable and really clean. Gym was adequate and sauna was pleasantly relaxing. Hotel is positioned just round the corner from main town keeping it close but making it quieter and still offering lovely walks along the sea front. Stayed in several Can Pastille hotels in the past
and this is the best so far. Definitely will return. Would highly rate for Adults to relax.
