The sea water is among the cleanest I have ever seen. There are plenty of options for food and drinks, with more than 7–8 different places where you can be served. The pool is very large, with various slides to experience adrenaline. In the evenings, there are always different entertaining shows. There is also a bar club that serves drinks 24/7, and every night there is an organized disco party. The staff is also excellent. I stayed from 09.09 to 16.09 and was very satisfied — I would recommend it to everyone.

So far, our stay at the hotel has been absolutely wonderful. We were truly impressed by the warm and welcoming reception. The food is extremely delicious and offers a great variety. The staff are always smiling and friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere. We are especially delighted with the entertainment team – there is always something fun to do, making the stay even more enjoyable. The animators are cheerful, welcoming, and full of energy. Special compliments and thanks go to Şaban, Kubilay, and Merve – they were truly amazing, and we will definitely miss seeing them every day. The hotel’s overall design and atmosphere are also excellent, adding to the unforgettable experience.

We stayed in May 2024. The food was the same every day. There was a noticeable sewage smell in the restaurant, and many guests complained about it. The rooms were okay. Considering the price we paid, it was worth it, but the hygiene could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful, and the beach bar was really lovely.

We stayed in early October 2025. We liked the hotel. The hotel building is large and beautiful inside, resembling a large cruise ship with plenty of space and marble. The marble spiral staircase and external elevators are absolutely luxurious. They're perfect for photos. The rooms aren't very large, but they're cozy. Cleaning was good. The grounds are small, but thanks to the large beach, we had no discomfort. The main pool isn't large, but it's cozy. The water park is good. The beach is large. The entrance to the sea is good, with pebbles and coarse sand. The entire grounds and beach are meticulously maintained. The food is excellent, tasty and appetizing, although there weren't any delicacies. I didn't like that you can't pour your own tea and coffee, which can lead to long lines. The lounge bar is good, although there are long lines in the evenings. The Patisserie makes delicious coffee. The spa is good, but the fitness center lacks ventilation. Overall, the experience was good; I'd return to this hotel.

Hotel Review- Stay from October 11th to 18th, 2025

I’ve traveled a lot over the years — sometimes on my own, backpacking and exploring “wild” routes, and sometimes staying in comfortable all-inclusive resorts. Each experience has taught me something different, so I always try to judge hotels fairly, considering their price and what they offer.

Hotel Staff:
Communication in English is possible, although the staff seem to focus mainly on Russian-speaking guests. Unfortunately, some of the behavior at the reception was quite unprofessional. I completely understand that we are in Turkey and that Turkish is the local language — I even know some myself — but speaking negatively about guests in Turkish, assuming they won’t understand, is unacceptable, especially in a hotel of this standard and price range.

Rooms:
Rooms 2001–2018 are very noisy. In the morning, you can hear deliveries and kitchen activity, and in the evening, loud noise comes from the bar area. Additionally, there was a noticeable sewage smell in this part of the hotel, which made entering the room area unpleasant.
Regarding cleaning, apart from making the bed and changing towels, I’m not sure much else was done. We even left a note asking the staff to remove empty glasses and rubbish.

Food and Drinks:
The food was not very well-seasoned, although this is a matter of personal preference. As is often the case with all-inclusive resorts, there was some repetition, but overall it was acceptable.
The drinks were good, and the bartenders were friendly and easy to communicate with. There are two snack bars — one by the pool and one on the beach — both offering similar, simple but tasty food, perfect for a quick bite.
If you get tired of the hotel cuisine, I highly recommend asking the reception to arrange transportation to Chiko Restaurant, located in the middle of a large bazaar. The food there was absolutely phenomenal — one of my best culinary experiences in Turkey, with excellent value for money.

Entertainment:
Since we stayed outside the main tourist season, this likely affected the entertainment. Apart from nightly singing performances, not much was happening. The animators did encourage guests to join activities such as water polo, darts, and the evening disco.

Hotel Grounds:
The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained. The staff take great care of the cleanliness of the public areas, toilets, and gardens. The hotel is located among other resorts, with two nearby bazaars offering convenient shopping.
Please note that the beach is rocky — I strongly recommend wearing water shoes, as it’s easy to hurt your feet.

Overall:
Considering the price and what we received, I would rate this trip as successful and enjoyable overall.
