The service at the bar was exceptional thanks to Ozcan and Yigit. They consistently went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Their professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are exactly what every luxury hotel should strive for. They are a true asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for the outstanding work they do. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at AKKA Antedon with my family. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities are good, and the hotel has great potential.

Unfortunately, the service was far below the standard expected from a five-star resort. Many waiters seemed to pay much more attention to guests who tipped them, while others had to wait much longer or were simply ignored. Every guest should receive the same level of service, regardless of whether they leave a tip.

The biggest disappointment was the way my young son was treated. He waited patiently in line for about 20 minutes to ride one of the electric cars. When it was finally his turn, a staff member allowed another child to go ahead of him without any explanation. My son was heartbroken and started crying. We expected the staff to handle the situation fairly, but they showed little concern and made no effort to correct their mistake.

It’s disappointing because the hotel itself is very nice, but service and customer care are just as important as the facilities. Sadly, our experience did not match the standard we expected, and for that reason I can only give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars.

The hotel is clean and renovated. The food was good with a wide variety of options every day. The scenery was nice.

However, I'm 20 and I stayed with my younger sister in this hotel and during dinner some waiters would completely ignore us, while other tables were served drinks. This happened multiple times, and we felt like we were overlooked because we were young.

We also had extremely noisy neighbours above our room for four days. Reception said that they can't do anything and they told us to call the room ourselves if the noise continued. Unfortunately, the problem was never properly resolved.

Most of the alcoholic cocktails were disgusting. Bartenders make the same cocktails differently each time.

The hotel was full of Russians and some staff spoke only Russian, which made communication difficult since we speak English. Also, the hotel was full of kids who always yelled.

Finally, after check-out, our flight wasn't until midnight. While we understood that our room was no longer available, we felt that the staff became noticeably less welcoming and helpful once we had checked out.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Room was spacious and clean, just like a picture in a booking. Staff is nice, huge thank you to the cleaning lady who kept our room nice and clean. The food was good with lots of option. Staff was quick and efficient, but huge thank you to waiter Ramazan who made our dinners special, he was the reason why spend all our dinners at the same section of restaurant. Such an attentive person, would always check in if we needed refill on a drinks, helped our daughter(10y) carry her plates.
As an improvement, I would recommend reception stuff giving more instructions for guests. We barely got any information regarding events that happen during the stay, locations such as where is spa, al carte restaurants etc. Would be nice if the map of the hotel with buffet and bar closing-opening times was presented upon check in and yes I saw in elevators the schedules but they change on the screen so fast I could barely read it. All we got upon check in is the room keycard and towel cards. I can’t say that reception staff was rude, more like dismissive when ever we asked for something it was like go there and ask that other person, when all of that could have been handled over on check in day with brochures and yes I downloaded the hotel app, which have some misleading information regarding al carte restaurants prices. And really think of providing guests a hotel map, we found coffee shop on the property the last day of our stay, which is sad it had such a nice coffee there.

Our stay at Akka Antedon Hotel was absolutely wonderful!
The food was outstanding — very delicious and diverse, with a huge selection of dishes every day. The patisserie deserves a special mention: the desserts were amazing, and the coffee was excellent. The à la carte restaurant was beyond praise!
The heated swimming pools were a big plus, especially for the comfortable rest in the low season. The kids’ mini club was fantastic — a great place for children to have fun and stay engaged.
The territory is beautifully maintained, green, and very pleasant to walk around. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was timely and efficient.
A special thanks to Alper at the reception, who checked us into a nice duplex room — it was perfect!
Everything was simply amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!
