I just wanted to leave a review of this hotel. It’s a fantastic place to stay, especially because of its location, very close to the main spots in Fuengirola and just a short walk from the beach.

But more importantly, as a business owner myself, I truly believe that people are what make a business successful. A hotel can have great facilities, but without staff who genuinely care about customer experience, it simply wouldn’t be the same.

I especially want to thank Michelle at reception for the incredible job she does in customer relations. She has been consistently kind, professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. She genuinely goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and looked after.

People like Michelle are real assets to any business and should never be overlooked by management. There is no such thing as a successful hotel without dedicated staff members who care about clients and take pride in their work.

She is honestly one of the main reasons why I would choose to book here again. I truly hope management recognises the value she brings to the hotel and continues to support and reward the excellent service she provides.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They don't even deserve a star. I'm quite reasonable and I know things happen, but they haven't made the slightest effort to help me. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me and refund my money. And the one mapping the floor is my husband, not a hotel employee.

I didn't particular like my room room.It only had a net curtain.Therefore , when the cleaners were getting their stuff out of there room , which was adjacent to mine so they could probably see me.

I absolutely loved the breakfast.The omelette was a delicious

Norsk experience i ever had. I booked crew hotels and when I arrive I did not get the room I payed for. I did not get any refund or anything. Just a cold shoulder where they told me that there is nothing they can do. I don't have the rights to get the room I order they told me.
Everything smell cigarettes too... horrible

If you want all the thrills this is not the place for you. If you want a clean tidy room, cleaned every day, that is 2 minutes from the bus abd railway station plus 5 from the beach then this is for you. Reception 24/7, I will be returning
