I RECOMMEND this hotel! The rooms are large and comfortable, clean, and convenient. The TV even has the Polonia channel. The food is varied and tasty, with delicious kiwi and oranges. The staff was very helpful. The pool wasn't heated; unfortunately, it was very cold. The small indoor pool has a gym, billiards, ping-pong, darts, and a paid bowling alley. As is typical in Turkey, the hotel caters to Germans, a few Russians, and even Poles. The staff can speak a little Polish.

The number 3 bus stops right in front of the hotel, going to Side, the Old Town, the mall in Magavat, and the bazaar.

Cons: poor entertainment, lack of fruit such as watermelons, melons, or mangoes. It's a bit of a walk to the sea, and the road isn't lit at night.

We had an amazing time 🫶🏻thanks to the incredible animation team! Deniz,Mimi, Dudu, Yusuf, Bambi and Muhmet. Love you all 💕They were friendly, energetic, and made every day so much fun for both adults and children. Their shows, games, and activities were entertaining and well organized, and they always made everyone feel welcome. Thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and for making our vacation so special. Unfortunately, our recent experience was very disappointing. Due to a family emergency, my parents had to leave the hotel unexpectedly before the end of their stay. My sister wanted to come in their place for the remaining 5 nights, meaning there would actually still be one guest less staying at the hotel than originally booked and fully paid for.

We had booked a large family room with two separate rooms, of which one room would otherwise have remained completely empty after my parents left.

Despite this situation, we were asked to pay an additional €465 for only 5 nights for my sister to stay. Of course, we understand that administrative costs may apply, but this amount felt completely disproportionate considering the circumstances and the fact that the stay for two guests had already been fully paid and received by the hotel. In our opinion, a more understanding and flexible approach would have been appropriate in this situation. We also believe that the goodwill and flexibility should have come from the hotel itself, especially since the full amount for the original stay had already been received by them.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this is already my third stay at this hotel, and my sister alone has stayed here around 10 times before. We therefore truly expected more understanding, flexibility and customer friendliness in such a difficult situation.

In addition, we experienced the communication and overall attitude as quite unfriendly and very forceful. Instead of feeling supported in an exceptional and emotional situation, we mainly felt sent back and forth between the hotel and the travel organization.

Unfortunately, everything is not well with our family. My parents were forced to return home because of a death in the family.

What I find most disappointing is that your response appears to be little more than a standard explanation of your procedures, while completely ignoring the facts of this case.

The room had already been fully paid for. No additional room was required. No additional capacity was used. In fact, fewer guests stayed than originally booked. Yet my sister was charged an additional €472.98 for five nights.

You continue to repeat that a different guest was registered. That may explain your policy, but it does not explain why nearly €500 was charged in a situation where the hotel suffered no financial loss whatsoever.

In a situation involving a bereavement, I expected compassion, flexibility and basic human understanding. Instead, both the hotel and the tour operator hid behind procedures and passed responsibility back and forth.

Your response only reinforces the impression that generating additional revenue was considered more important than treating guests fairly during a family tragedy.

After several visits to your hotel, I find that deeply disappointing.

Just come back from 7 nights, with 3 children aged 3, 7 and 16.
The 4th all inclusive that we have tried and really do recommend this hotel, everything was great. (The others being Royal Dragon, Crystal Admiral, Crystal Sunset) If they was all the same price I would go with Adayla Artside. They just seemed to have the few little extra touches that made it stand out.

The staff really do make this hotel, they always go out there way to make sure you are looked after.

Yes the all inclusive does get a little samey samey but we found there was always something, my daughters loved the pasta live cooking stations. The shops in the hotels were great and found them all really friendly.

The local shops are a bonus, you can reach literally 100’s of shops and bazaars with just a few minute walk.

The beach bar and restaurant was lovely and we had a great day down there.

Cleaning of the room was superb and probaly the best we’ve ever seen, even folding our daughters blankets in to different animals and shapes.

Didn’t understand other reviews saying the hotel is prominently German, it doesn’t effect your stay at all, in fact we’ve made lots of friends that we definitely be keeping in contact with.
And there are a few extra mentions for some certain staff members who went above and beyond to make our holiday great

Dear Hotel Management,

One of the things I especially loved was seeing the friendly cats around the property. They give the hotel such a warm and cozy atmosphere, and many guests (including me) truly enjoy their presence.

It would make such a wonderful impression if the hotel could provide a small cat house on the territory, or at least place bowls with fresh water for them and update it regularly. This little gesture of kindness would show how much the hotel cares not only for its guests but also for the animals that make the place feel even more unique and special.

I am sure many visitors would appreciate this thoughtful detail, and it would make their stay even more memorable.
