Pros-
Good food. Amazing Christmas Day!
The whole place is spotless, the cleaning staff are amazing.
Lovely beach 5 mins walk.
Staff are friendly- a special mention for Patricia who was extremely helpful and lovely!
Lovely, modern interior.
Shops right outside the hotel with everything you may need.
Swedish massage was nice but very pricey! (€85 for 50mins)

Cons-
Very boring stay. The arcade cost us a lot of money and got tedious after a few days.
The entertainment staff are amazing but they don’t have much to work with.
Not very suitable for toddlers.
The pool was absolutely FREEZING! Didn’t see many people using it.
The pool area was next to a main road and didn’t get much sunlight during the day as the hotel and palm tree's were blocking most of it.
We actually ended up spending a few days at a different hotel just so we could get into a pool, get some sunlight and let our toddler run around 🥴
We were all inclusive but payed extra for a few special cocktails and they weren’t great.

Advertised as a 3*+ and probably is, well situated to the beach, five minute walk. We had a room on the 7th floor which gives a sea view, sun on the balcony from 07:45 to about 14:00. TV in the room has 2 channels speaking English, Sky European news and BBC world news. As an all inclusive hotel the food was good, warm rather than hot but a decent selection and available at the pool bar when the restaurant is closed. Drinks as expected. WiFi throughout the hotel with varying speeds from 1mbps to 4mbps. Guests are mainly German. Lots of sunbeds around 2 pools very few tables and chairs at the pools but more on an upper level but in December no sun.

We've just done 10 nights,at first we weren't to sure about it but after 2 days we got our bearings. The rooms are basic, for us was fine as its just to sleep in. Cleaning services every day. Yhe hotel throughout is clean.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We struggled a bit with the food, could do with more variety. The animation team were so friendly, came and sat to talk to us,always said hello. Its 10/20 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Overall its what you'd expect from a 3* hotel.

Standard 3* hotel. Average food for all inclusive. The website said the bar is 24hrs but it is not hence me marking down the service rating. Staff are friendly and engaging. It is a short walk to the beach

Just returned from a weeks stay here with my partner and we have no complaints.
We had a deluxe double room with sea view which was plenty big enough, had a fridge, coffee machine, robes and slippers. Beautiful view over to the sea with a nice quiet location
Everywhere was always clean and fresh
All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, smiling and helpful if we needed them.
We can’t comment on the entertainment team as we didn’t watch any but we could hear it some nights and it sounded like everyone was having a good time.
The food for us was plentiful but we do eat a lot of salad and fruits but always saw pizza, pasta, meat, fish and fresh breads available, the deserts always looked scrummy but we managed to resist for the week. We didn’t use the snack bars but they were always full up with plenty of food for people to choose.
Always plenty of drinks to choose from throughout the day,
We always managed to find a sun lounger without the need to reserve one (we did only stay by the pool three times though and it’s out of school holiday season) so can’t comment on busier times through the year.
On our checkout day we were allowed to keep our all inclusive bands until we left and just before we left we were offered a shower room to freshen up and change in which was nice and refreshing after a hot day in the sun.
All in all we were pleased with our stay we couldn’t ask for anything more.
We will definitely return again when in the area

Been a solo traveller for a good few years and been to many a Hotel this has to be the first bad experience I have encountered. The Hotel is none smoking there is a smoke area or smoking outside of the hotel which ok I dont mind been a smoker I follow the rules. However what upset me is if im sun bathing on the loungers and wanted a cigarette expect to get a note off the sun longer police I wasnt gone that long I came back to find my towel on the bed and my clothes on the flood behind my longer with a note saying dont leave loungers unattended!! How do I follow there none smoking rule ? She never touched couples as if one person went for a cigarette the other would stay. Lets talk about meal times the first night I had a good tuna steak and salad and though oh a nice coffee and dessert to finish. So I got a coffee placed it on my table and went to collect my dessert. Now bearing in mind on the table is a fresh coffee my jacket on the back on my chair and a book on the table. I come back my coffee has gone it happened quite alot I went for dessert my drink had gone when I was back. Not great for solo travellers I will unfortunately not be returning and I think you need to train your staff on your guests that are solo holidaying I wasn't the first to complain and im sure I will not the the last. Dont get me wrong the place is lovely and clean the staff are friendly although reception wouldnt let me speak to the manager so I was able to address my concerns. This has to be the first bad experience ive had solo holidaying. Unfortunately I won't be returning back to this hotel which is a shame as it has great reviews its just a shame I had to leave a negati This could have been sorted if reception let me speak to the manager. Please in future listen your guest if there unhappy listen to there improvements.

Very nice hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Spotless clean. Food was good and plenty of it. We were in a luxury room.  Pool area very good. Good afternoon entertainment.   Evening entertainment mixed.
Some improvements could help.  No drawers in the rooms at all just tables so no where to store small items and difficult to keep room tidy and organised. Beds very comfortable and cleaners very good. I like how you can choose a time slot for room cleaning service.
Chairs in lounge bar area were very hard and uncomfortable . Only a few sofas and odd comfy chairs.  Certainly not enough to be a welcoming and restful area to relax in.

Near the beach (5 min walking distance) which is great. All inclusive not so inclusive since a lot of drinks/snacks require extra payment. You need to pay €14 p.p/day for access to all drinks.
Rooms are ok, but quite dated and a lot of the paint, walls are damaged. There is a lot of choice for food (lunch/diner) but quality is not great/not very tasteful. Breakfast is fine. Staff is nice. Entertainment is ok. Entertainment team definitvely gives it their all. There is a game hall but also everything there requires additional payment. The swimming pool is supposed to be warmed, well it is not. It is really cold (December) and even colder than the ocean...the swimming pool also does not look very clean.
