Getting Around Sorrento Coast

🚌 Transport in the Sorrento Coast Region

A leisurely stroll from one end of the resort to the other is the best way of soaking up Sorrento's sights. There is a regular bus service around the resort and taxis are also plentiful. Car and bicycle hire is also available in the area if you want the freedom to explore off the beaten track, and there’s a lift that can take you from the town centre to the beach and harbour!

Travelling by bus or car There are four bus lines that service the resort of Sorrento, which usually begin early morning and offer a frequent service. Tickets can be bought in advance from vending machines or once you're onboard. Please check with your hotel for an updated timetable. Car hire is available in and around Sorrento and is the perfect way to explore the Neapolitan Riviera, the Amalfi Coast and beyond. Drive on the right-hand side.
