Cheap Holidays to Agia Pelagia

Situated on the beautiful Greek island of Crete, Agia Pelagia is a charming resort ideal for families and couples seeking a serene stay in the Mediterranean sun. With sandy beaches, safe waters and local tavernas, shops and bars aplenty, you’ve got everything you need.

This picturesque seaside fishing village was built in the middle of a beautiful amphitheatric bay, and having taken its name from the homonymous church, in the Monastery of the Sebbathians, Agia Pelagia holidays promise fascinating history mixed with seaside charm.

Surrounded by rolling mountains and curvy hills, holidays to Agia Pelagia boast some of the most breathtaking sights. The quaint town is brimming with authentic restaurants, shops and souvenir stalls and it oozes a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for spending an evening dining alfresco. The nine sandy and rocky beaches serve up splash-worthy watersports and undisturbed time spent with the family.

For those lovers of nature, a visit to Fodele - the mountain village home to famous artist El Greco – is a must. Nestled amid orange groves, this traditional Greek village is full of craft shops, family-run tavernas and green parks. Equally, hop on a boat trip leaving from the harbour and discover the many neighbouring resorts and hidden beaches that await. The nightlife on Agia Pelagia holidays is chilled, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars whereby you can sit in with a cocktail or two – those after a livelier night out though will have to visit Heraklion.
