It’s easy to enjoy the charms of Arenal d’en Castell on foot. Or try the mini train - a fun and kid-friendly way of getting around the resort and a very popular way of getting up the hill to the beach! If you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island, many opt to hire a car.
Arenal d'en Castell's Golden Coast
Bag a sun lounger and soak up some rays on the beach while watching the kids paddle in the shallow waters. If you’re feeling a bit more energetic, hire a pedalo, a ringo, or a banana boat and whizz across the waves. There are great snorkelling opportunities here and the long sunny, summer season means the waters are beautifully warm!
Menorcan Nights
After a pre-dinner drink by the sea, dine in one of the excellent waterfront restaurants. El Pirata is a great choice for tapas, and Rioja is served with a smile. Arenal D’en Castell may be a world away from the superclubs of Ibiza but there’s a great live music scene with bands performing on Wednesday and Sunday nights in the square at Coves Noves.
