🚌 Transport in the Cala Bona Region

Holidaymakers in Cala Bona enjoy walking along the pedestrian promenade beside the bright blue waters. Since the resort is quite small, renting a bicycle is one of the best ways to explore. Hiring a car is easy and not very expensive and there are plenty of places where you can book a taxi too. If you want to explore the neighbouring resorts, you may require the bus service.

Travelling by bus or car Tourist areas generally have good bus services running between them, but longer routes can be much less frequent. Bear in mind that some routes don’t operate on Sundays, during low season or late at night.   Car hire is available in a few places around Cala Bona, such as the Paseo Maritimo, or you can simply call your hotel reception and arrange one. There is a fixed daily rate, but a 3-day car rental works out cheaper. There are two taxi ranks in Cala Bona. One is located at the entrance to the Harbour and the second is situated opposite the main beach. For transport from Palma Airport, take an Airport Bus to the centre of the city and then take the connecting bus to the resort.
