Getting Around
There is a water taxi that takes you across the bay to San Antonio, as well as to a couple of the nearby popular beaches. Taxis are widely available but can be expensive, while hiring a car will give you more freedom to explore off the beaten track. It’s compact, so walking is the best way of exploring San Antonio Bay.

San Antonio Bay's Sand
Occupying prime position on the island’s west coast, San Antonio Bay is one of the places to be seen on the White Isle. The cool beach bars play tunes all day long and by the coast is where you'll find some of the best spots to watch the sun set, whether that’s from the comfort of a terrace bar (cocktail in hand of course), or as you wander along the coastal paths.
Sail in a Glass Bottomed Boat
Enjoy an excursion to Es Vedra (a fabled island in Greek mythology) in a glass bottomed boat that leaves from San Antonio harbour. Don’t forget to look at the fabulous flora and fauna underwater as you take in the surrounding scenery. The Cala d’Hort beach is a spectacular spot of sand where you can halt to lounge, swim or snack on a paella lunch. Bliss!
Wipe Out on Ocean Mania
Don a life jacket and head for this new attraction in the bay. Influenced by TV smash Total Wipeout, you can just imagine the fun that's in store! It’s an inflatable floating obstacle course, which will test even those with the best balance. It’s not recommended for weak swimmers, but everyone else is fair game!
