10 FUN TRAVEL PHOTOS TO BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY
To bring a smile to your face and brighten your day, I have collated some fun travel photos from my collection of traveling the world for around a decade.
Hi friends. My name is Jyotsna Ramani (aka Jo). I hail from India but I am literally never there. I was bitten by the travel bug from an early age thanks to constant trips to wildlife parks in India. Now travel is a full fledged passion and profession for me. I love to visit offbeat places and unique natural wonders. Awesome travel experiences fuel my wanderlust and keep me on the go.
If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much space.
Punta Gallinas, the northernmost tip of South America, is an untouched haven for all adventures. Imagine a land that is barren, wild and rugged. I could’ve never imagined such a place existed on earth. This is one of the extreme points of the world and once you overcome the back-breaking journey, you are in paradise, living in hammocks beneath stars and backpacking through vast desert sands.
As a wildlife lover, my trip to Kenya was one of my most memorable ones. I got to witness one of the best wildlife spectacles in the world - the great wildebeest migration, which will forever remain one of my top travel experiences.
Slovenian countryside has its own unique old-world classic charm. I visited the region of Bela Krajina and it seemed like I was living in a fairytale. Quaint rivers, fun activities and splendid star gazing opportunities - Slovenia definitely made it to my top destination list.
From wildlife to epic coastal drives, South Africa has it all! I spent six days at the private Zululand Game Reserve and then a week in Cape Town. I am already raring to go back and enjoy a few more months in one of my favorite countries.
For me, a destination is all about the experiences that can be enjoyed there. At the top of my bucket list is watching the Northern Lights - so Iceland, Norway and such pop into my head for this. Next is gorilla trekking, which is popular in Rwanda but can also be done in Uganda or the Congo. Since I travel for experiences, destinations don’t make a big difference to me.
