www.teletextholidays.co.uk is owned and operated by Teletext Travel Limited, ("we", "us" or "our"). The following Terms of Use apply to all visitors to, or users of this website. We are a limited company, registered in England, with registered company number  14855829whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.  

In these Terms, all references to “you” and “your” means any and all persons accessing. This website is only to be used by those persons and companies with whom Teletext Travel has a commercial agreement in place which will confirm the commercial terms in place between the parties, and the capacity in which you are permitted to use this website. To access the website, you must use the unique log-in details provided to you by Teletext Travel. 

All bookings made with us via this website are governed by the supplier (s) terms and conditions unless otherwise stated. You must read and accept these conditions prior to making your booking. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Teletext Travel Ltd act only as agents in respect of all bookings made  and accept no liability in relation to any contract entered into or for any bookings made (whether for yourself or any consumer) or for the acts or omissions of any suppliers or other persons or parties connected with any bookings. For all bookings, the contract will be with the supplier(s) and not Teletext Travel Ltd. 

1. General
1.1 Access to and use of any information on this website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy and the separate commercial agreement between you and Teletext Travel Ltd. Please read both policies carefully. If you do not accept any part of them, you are not permitted to access or use our website. Failure to comply with any part of these Terms, Privacy Policy or the commercial agreements shall result in your access and permission to use this website being revoked (in addition to any other rights we may have).

We accept no liability in relation to any contract entered into into or for any bookings made or for the acts or omissions of any supplier(s) or other persons or parties connected with the Arrangements. For all bookings, the contract will be with the supplier(s) of the Arrangements. 

2.2 Nothing on this website constitutes an offer by us to sell to you any of the Arrangements or to enter into any contract with you in respect of the Arrangements. All Arrangements featured or referred to is at all times prior to confirmation subject to availability and no warranties, promises or representations are given as to availability.  

2.3 The terms and conditions of the supplier(s) of the Arrangements will apply to the booking. If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, you must do so by calling us and cancellation/amendment charges will generally be payable. The amount of such charges varies according to the time your notice of cancellation is received by the supplier concerned before departure. Please check the supplier’s terms and conditions.

3.1 By using this website, you warrant to us that: 

You will not use this website or any material or information on it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
You have the legal authority to use this website in accordance with these Terms;
You agree to be financially responsible for all charges, fees and other sums of whatever nature which arise out of your use of this website (including where there has been unauthorised or fraudulent use of the website under your log-in details);
All information that you provide for the booking shall be true and accurate.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with this website including, for the avoidance of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material contained in this website or any inability to access or use (or delay in doing so) this website.

We and the supplier concerned have the right to change the details of the Arrangements featured or mentioned on this website at any time without prior notice.
