The hotel is the former residence of the La Vanguardia newspaper and was designed by Josep Majï¿½ Ribas. Established in 2003, the hotel is well suited to both holidaymakers and business guests. On offer are a total of 221 rooms, of which five are disability-friendly. The air-conditioned building includes a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, lift access, a bar, an Internet connection via WLAN, nine connected bright rooms for various events, room and laundry services, and a parking garage for those arriving by car. There is room for up to 160 persons in the two Mediterranean restaurants. One offers a complete breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner, while the other, the Tallers62, offers a range of fresh dishes for up to 50 guests in a cosy atmosphere.
