The riad is housed in a historical building which is part of the famous Ksar Ait Benhaddou, which dates back to 1062. The city was constructed from clay bricks and has thick defensive walls protecting the interior. Ait Benhaddou was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Morocco in 1987. The riad was renovated in a modern style and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The riad has a lobby and cloakroom, and 8 comfortable guest rooms. LocationThis charming riad is located in the heart of the ksar (fortified city) of Ait Benhaddou, which is a very quiet place and well-known due to its strong ties with Hollywood. Marrakech is around three and a half hours' drive from the riad, while Ouarzazate airport is roughly 34 km away. Each room features a shower and modern WC, with the water being heated by the solar panel system which makes this riad an ecological residence. The rooms are appointed with a double or king-size bed.
