  • Arinsal

A decent base for first timers with everything the beginner could need, including lovely nursery slopes set apart from the main runs. There are also long, easy runs to progress to once skiers and boarders have found their feet. Although it’s a tricky place to learn to board because of the many drag lifts, with 370 snow guns there is usually decent snow. Many improvers head over to neighbouring Pal with the joint Vallnord lift pass where runs are prettier and more demanding.
