Getting There and around Benidorm
It is likely that your all-inclusive offer will cover transfers to and from the airport. However you must check with your individual resort destinations to confirm this. If not there are plenty of alternatives. A taxi from Alicante, Benidorm’s closest airport will cost only around £11 depending on the location of your all-inclusive resort. Buses are also available, which are both direct and frequent and run from bus stop 30 near the airport.
Beaches in Benidorm
If beaches are what you’re looking for then Benidorm is the place to be, boasting around 5 km of sandy beach, with calm turquoise waters running of into the distance. The busiest beach Playa de Poniente Beach is next to a busy road in the centre of Benidorm, making it easily accessible from your all-inclusive resort, however if you fancy somewhere quieter then head for the Levante Beach.

Sightseeing in Benidorm
With only a little left of the Old Town Benidorm it is worth a little visit for its shops and boutiques. If looking for that extra bit of culture then why not head the short distance to Alicante, to wander the streets there and take a good look at the beautiful castle the city boasts.
For a day outing for the whole family right in Benidorm is the fun water park, Aqualandia. It has themed areas, waterfalls, slides and chutes. Cafes and restaurants also dot the park, which is easily accessible from the all-inclusive resorts. A day out that is certainly to be remembered by the whole family for all the right reasons.
Eating and Nightlife in Benidorm
Benidorm's restaurants can cater for everything. If you want to try something more Spanish, the best bet is the Old Town, where restaurants offer more local specialities and excellent tapas. However if you want to stick to the familiar, the restaurants here will not disappoint. With pubs like the Pig & Whistle, and the King's Arms dotted around the streets of Benidorm, there's no problem getting hold of egg and chips, or a helping of shepherd's pie.
An excellent nightlife is also in good supply in Benidorm, with masses of bars, clubs, restaurants and café’s opening their doors to tourists, with many staying open until dawn. Benidorm Shopping and Family Attractions
Shopping is in good supply here too! With great deals on leathers, such as jackets and belts all brilliant bargains that can be taken home. Check out the Passeig de la Carreterra, and the alleyways nearby for the real bargains. The town also has a Barcelona Football Club Official shop so football fans can take a look at the famous clubs colours close up.
The longest wooden roller coaster in Europe can also be found in Terra Mitica, a theme park based in Benidorm with a Mediterranean glow to it. Families will love this day out as it offers all kinds of attractions in one place.
